You pay for the build you accepted.
Every build is estimated first, for free: its engineer-hours times 400 credits. Pay any amount you choose, or buy credits as a bundle. Credits are taken when you accept, and every one comes back if we cannot take the build on.

How do credits work?
Credits are the only unit. Press Estimate on your request and AI sizes each piece of work in engineer-hours; every hour is 400 credits, which is €26.64 to €39.20 depending on the bundle. You see the total before you accept, and nothing is charged until you do.
How long can I keep my credits?
For as long as you need them. Credits stay on your balance until you spend them: there is no expiry date and no monthly fee, so you can top up once and use them build by build, on your own timeline. If you change your mind, unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase; the Refund Policy has the detail.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Bugs in what we delivered are fixed at no charge for 30 days after delivery; report them from the project. If we cannot take a paid build on, every credit goes back to your balance. A change of brief after delivery is a new request with its own estimate. The Refund Policy lists every refundable case.
Can I order more than the largest bundle?
Yes. The credits page takes any amount from €1 to €20,000 in one payment, in the currency you pick, priced at the rate of the largest bundle the amount reaches, so you are not forced into a bundle size that does not fit.
